Week 11

4 hours on Monday, 5.5 hours Tuesday total = 9.5 hours


Monday~


Learned to create pdf Forms using adobe acrobat and finished one form. Pulled photos from a rich text document for use on the web and for archiving.


Tuesday~

Completed a banner for sustainability month. Attended meeting for future project and discussed a few possible ways I could help with the webpage. Completed the coding for the PR photos. Attempted to complete a second Form but the original PDF had pending changes to be made.

Monday~


Edited Directory Pages using the built in cms tools, Created a banner for the Cafe Make over


Wednesday~

Sent Athletic photos to in house print shop and learned the process for doing so. Continued transferring and creating the slide shows to new system.



Friday~

Retouched Athletic photos after spotting some print issues. Made Banner for Construction re-routes and corrected a PDF link on the server. Discussed upcoming meeting and possibility of helping to re-brand the planetarium and update its webpage.

transferred old slideshow system to CMS server and uploaded and created new slide shows for use on public website. Published 3 slideshows.

Monday~


I selected, gathered and edited photos for future use on the School marketing webpage for community use.


Wednesday~


continued to work on photos for both the athletic and marketing depatments and completed concepts for banners on the public webpage for the planetarium and for U of I students looking to take classes at Parkland. I also completed a Header banner for the U of I student page.


Friday~


I got feedback on concepts and revised banners. Upon completion I used the CMS to upload the finished work to the public webpage.
